Our attorneys are experienced problem solvers with a broad litigation practice. Mr. Addison has been practicing commercial litigation since completing a two-year federal clerkship in 1974. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both civil trial and business litigation and has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers list from 2007 to 2011. Ms. Howard has strong research skills and previous experience as a staff attorney in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
We assist clients with a wide variety of business litigation and select legal malpractice cases. We represent clients at all levels of state and federal courts, including the appellate level. We represent clients in both jury and nonjury trials and in arbitrations and mediations.
